CFSB: Week 6 Day 1

I’ll continue the last week of my CFSB program here and then post my results from Week 1 to Week 6.

WEEK 6 DAY 1

Squat:

5×315#
3×365#
3×365#
1×405# Questionable depth so I got a spotter and did it again
1×405# PR…until last set. No question on form.
1×415# Failed rep
1×410# PR Got a spotter again and nailed it

METCON:

Metcon today was a one mile run in preparation for my PT test. Was shooting for 6min or less
