CFSB: Week 6 Day 3

WEEK 6 DAY 3

METCON:

Not a real metcon today. Did some sort of PT Challenge. Need to get back on my METCONs. More concerned with the heavy stuff right now.

Deadlifts:

5-200#
3-286#
3-308#
1-418#…PR
1-460# Fail
1-450# Fail

Went a little too heavy on the last 1 reps, but I pretty much knew 418# was my max after I did it.

Crossfit Total:
410# Squat + 418# Deadlift= 828#

Only need 172# to hit 1000#!!!
