Here was my CFSB progressions. Didnt max out at the beginning, but here is what I have.

LIFTs Tested

Back Squat:

Week 1-5×315#
Week 6-1×410#

Deadlifts:

Week 1-3×374#
Week 6-1×418#

Front Squat:

Week 1-5×205#
Week 6-5×240#

Shoulder Press:

Week 1-3×175#
Week 6-1×195#

METCONs Tested

FRAN:

Week 3-5:25
Week 6-3:31

HELEN:

Week 1-14:30
Week 6-10:45

CROSSFIT TOTAL:

410# + 418# + 195# = 1023#!!!!
