At PT this morning:

7 Knees to Elbow

7 GHD Sit-ups

Practiced “The Bear”, only did one round.

This Afternoon:

My knee is a little tight so I went lighter and worked on form with box squats.

Notes:
-Going to sub OH squat for front squat for the rest of this program.
