Clean and Press:

5x75kg (165.3#)
2x90kg (198.4#)
5x70kg (154.3#)


“The Bear”

One rep of the bear is Deadlift to powerclean, then front squat to overhead press, then bring it down to the shoulders, then back squat to overhaed press back to chest then to ground. Once your hands are on the bar they cannot move. You can rest in any position, but cannot remove your hands. There is no time compomemt to this workout.

5 rounds of 7 reps

Round 1-45kg(100#)
Round 2-50kg(110#)
Round 3-50kg(110#)
Round 4 & 5-40kg(88#)
