20 Double Unders
20 Pull-Ups
20 GHD Sit-Ups
20 Squat Jumps
20 Ring Dips

Rest 2 min between rounds

Don’t know my exact time. I was averaging in the 5min range per round.

Notes:
-Still going lighter than normal because of my knee
-Once my knee is back to 100% I will start doing the protocols for Squat and OH Squat
