MCFSB: Week 3 Day 1

Triceps:

Skull Crusher 3×6 @ 110#
OH Press 3×8 @ 85#
Rope Press Down 3×12 @ 120#

METCON:

“Kalsu”

100 95# Thrusters for time
Every minute, on the minute, do 5 burpees

Only did 50, b/c METCONS are suppose to be short.
Doing it again in 2 day, and will finish the entire thing and post my time.

Notes:

-Actual Rx’d for Kalsu is 135#!
