OH Press 3×8 @ 90#
Rope Press Down 3×12 @ 125#

METCON:

6 Power Snatch 110 lbs
10 9′ wall touch jumps

Notes:

-First Day to snatch, pretty hard in a METCON.
-Want to try concentrating them
-This is the last week of this program before I make any needed adjustments
