No Program, Getting Back


“The Seven”

Seven rounds for time of:
7 Handstand push-ups
135 pound Thruster, 7 reps
7 Knees to elbows
245 pound Deadlift, 7 reps
7 Burpees
7 Kettlebell swings, 2 pood
7 Pull-ups

-I somehow got terribly out of shape with 10 days off
-I only completed 3 rounds and threw in the towel at 15 min…something isn’t right

Ran 1 mile after in 8:30


-DNF on a METCON, slow mile, felt terrible= I suck
-Do not ever take off that much time again
-The only thing to do…WORKOUT!!
