I will post the details of my OFP in a post this weekend. Right now I just need to catch up on the last two days of working out. I now have a program. I just need to put it into a post.

6 Hand-Stan Push-Ups
Completed 8 rounds in 30 min.
-Not as good as my first 4D workout, but I did go heavier.
