Still not on fitCHEM 101 but took a page out of the program to test drive a little.

10 DH pull ups -SS- 20 BW dips 3 sets
5 BB curl at 115# -SS- 5 OH press ext. at 90#

Metcon:

50 double unders
25 two-for-1s wall ball shots @ 20# ball
