Notes: Day two of FitCHEM 101 is complete and I am already feeling it. Pretty sore from the strength day yesterday. Today was good. This was my first time to ever do a workout from CrossFit Endurance. I felt slow in the morning on the rowing, I could have definitely pushed that a lot harder. Swimming was fun in the afternoon, need some work on my form, but it wasn’t terrible.
