Notes: This day is incredibly taxing. A lot of heavy lifting. I did not do the last superset of exercises for the arms because I felt like my body was done with heavy lifts for the day. So those exercise are not posted. I am probably going to move that to tomorrow. I will be making some revisions and refining the FitCHEM 101 program. Nothing major. Just a few small changes. Great workout overall. Maybe take a Gatorade or some form of simple sugar for this workout next week. The squats were tough. I want to be able to do 5 sets of 5 reps before I go up the next week. I did 315 this week, but will only go up 5 total lbs next week. I love FitCHEM 101!!
