Notes: Snatch was done in a Globo Gym today so I could not drop. It made me a little strict on my form, thus I did not venture into the 160 range. I may do this in following weeks to practice my snatch form and develop this skilled lift a little more. Shoulder press next week should not go above 170. Great improvements on the last two supersets. Met all sets and rep ranges. Next week go to 75# DBs, and 60# KB.
