Bench Press 4×8 @ 80% of 1RM (I did 215# which is not 80%)
Vertical Jump 3×10

DWOD

AMRAP 15 min
10 supine ring pull ups
10 true push-ups

Notes: Good workout, however, I disagree with CFF Bench Press programming. 80% of your 1RM seems like a lot to be pressing 8 reps.  I did 8 reps at 215# for the first two sets then 7 and 6 reps for my last two sets.
