Notes: Been sick the last few days so I took it easy on my endurance day. I did my strength day sick and still put up better numbers than the previous week. Feeling better. I will do a METCON today and see if I die. I have been posting my workouts a day late. So this was done on 9/04/2010 and strength on 09/03/2010. So I will post today or tomorrow about my CFF workout.
