Notes: Another good Strength day!! I went up in all categories. Next week should be super challenging to go up another 5lb on every lift, set, and rep!! I did all sets of pull-ups and dips unbroken this week for the first time. I will be adding 2-3 reps to all sets of pull-ups and dips next week where I can start the climb to Unbroken again. I did not do heavy squat today. My legs are still worked from my CFF workout and I didn’t want to over train them. Looking forward to next weeks strength workout!
