Endurance

On the Minute for 8 Minutes:
5 KB Swings @ 2pood
5 Goblet Squats
5 Clapping Pushups

Rest 10 min

C2: 10x30sec Sprints all out Efforts. Damper setting is choice,”Come into each sprint at speed to maximize the 30 sec sprint” 2 min recovery between sprints.

Damper=High Distance=1800m

Notes: I like doing the CFE workouts because they are so new to me. I thought today was a sprint day, so not too bad on the endurance. 10 sprints will quickly turn into endurance.
