  1. Have darn golfers elbow but working through it and again had to modify due to equipment:

    Ring Dips 2 sets 4 to 6 @ 25#
    Barbell Wrist Curls 2 sets 8 to 10 @ 65
    Dumbbell Wrist Curls (Standing)2 sets 6 to 8 @ 25

    Run 800 meters

    50 Sit-ups – Abmat
