Today’s Workout

Here is the start of me keeping my workout journal here in my new blog.

-Warm-up/Stretch/Mobility 5-10 minutes

– 1 set max reps 225 lbs. back squat…26 reps (lower back fail)
– 1 set max reps 135 lbs. overhead squat…8 reps (skill failure)
– 1 set max reps 185 lbs. front squat…11 reps

-2×6, 2×6 275lbs. back squat
-2×10, 2×10 95lbs. overhead squat
-2×6, 2×4  uneven/unbalanced front squat 175lbs.

-“fran” 21-15-9
95lb thruster
pull-ups
completed…2:59
