Strength Work for the Day

I have started my maintenance workout routine. I liked it. A little more scaled down than normal, but still a good workout. The goal is to finish every workout in under 1 hour, and under 45 is even better.

∆ Floor Press 3×5 (185)

3×5 Overhead Press (135)

∑ Push-ups 3x(15-30″ decline)
∑ Kettle Bell Swings 3×10 (35)
-Single Arm

∞ Plate Slams 2×12 (45)
∞ Farmers Walk 2×100’ (75, single arm)
