4D day 2

Another 4D creation. This one was not as bad as yesterdays. Its all about the combo you pick. I finished 10 rounds well before the 30 min time limit. If I start to get anything 20 min or below I will add another exercise, AKA 5D.

10 rounds for time, or 30 min.

4 squats @ 225 lbs.
30 double unders
8 kettlebell floor presses @ 55lbs.
6 ring dips
