This is my picture of the day and my workout for the day.
I got bored in the gym so I had a really random workout.
every minute on the minute for 10 minutes
5 reps deadlift @ 285lbs.
followed immediately by 10 minutes continuous jump rope
followed immediately by 10 minutes continuous 120lb. walk
(70lbs in a backpack +50lb punching bag held in arms)
