skill practice

5 hand stand holds. working on keeping feet and legs straight above
2 attempts one arm chin-ups (1st success, 2nd failure)

–NOT a 1 handed chin-up where you hold one arm with the other hand. 1 ARM, meaning one arm on the bar, other arm by my side.
