Hero Training: The Carry a Person to Safety Workout

Exercise 1 – Cleans

4 sets of 3 repetitions – 2 minute break between each set. (155, 185, 205, 225)

The Challenge Workout

30 repetitions for each exercise unless otherwise stated.

1. Farmer’s walk  – 60 sec. each hand (70lbs.)

2. Hack Squat (135lbs.)

3. Lumberjack Press (45lbs.)

4. Front Squat (135lbs.)

5. Upright Row (135lbs.)

6. Lunge Walk (135lbs.)

7. Heavy Bag Walk – 30 feet 6x

Took me a little over 30 min for everything.
