Want to do at least one of these a week.

5 rounds:

2 min plank (11f)
20 push-ups

3 rounds:

1 min one arm plank (30 sec ea)
1 arm push up (ea side)

3 rounds:

1 min plank on ball alt arm and leg
5 hand stand push ups

skill work:

L-sits on ground, complete fail
3×1 free standing hand stand push ups
