4D Team Workout 10 July 11

With a partner:

Push press heavy enough for 6 reps / switch while other person rests

15 plate slams / while one person does plate slams the other maintains plank position until finished, then switch.

12 KB lunges at same time

30 push ups / while one does push ups the other hangs from pull up bar, then switch.

Greg and I completed 8 full rounds in 30 min.
