DE: Dips (Ring or Bar)
DE: Floor Press
Rest 10 Min
CrossFit: 
3 rounds of:
7 Broad Jumps
12 Burpees AFAP
Rest as needed between rounds. Broad jumps are for distance (quality); burpees are as fast as possible.
